Dream IV ❄ video/open action

[Bran has wheeled himself into the square. Summer is beside him, under command to sit and stay, and is doing so obediently.

In one hand Bran holds his device, a little unsteady, while the other clutches tightly at the handrim of his wheelchair.]

Everyone is saying that today, things are different... that there are people here from other worlds. From--

[He falters, readjusts himself, takes a deep breath-- and then goes on.]

If there is anyone here from Winterfell, or from Westeros at all, I'd like to see you, please.

[ooc: You heard the boy! GoT/ASOIAF people, come and find him. This is SO VERY OPEN to everyone else, too, though! Let the games begin!]

Hodor!

[Hodor grins and gently places Bran on the horse of his choosing, making sure the boy won't slip off. Once he's satisfied that Bran is secure, he steps back.]

Hodor. [a pause.] Hodor?

Bran adjusts himself and clings tight to the horse's neck so as not to fall off. A carved beast is definitely a far cry from a live one, and it's a little awkward without his specialised saddle, but he's satisfied all the same.]

You could probably ride too, if you like.

Hodor? [A smile breaks across his broad face.] Hodor!

[Gleefully, like a child, Hodor goes to the horse in front of Bran's and attempts to mount it. However, the giant stableboy misjudges his size and finds that he can't ride comfortably hunched over on the small wooden horse. After a moment or so of trying, he slides off, disappointed. He looks at Bran.]

....Hodor.

[Bran bites his lip. He probably should have realised; the carousel is built more for his size than Hodor's.

He does, however, remember something about Hodor guiding the horse when he and his siblings were first learning to ride.]

You could stand with me, if you want to.

[Hodor nods happily, pleased with this idea.]

Hodor!

[He walks back to Bran and stands by his side, ready to catch him if he slips off].

[The ride starts, and Bran looks up at Hodor encouragingly before taking a look at his surroundings. The carousel's central location gives a good view or several of the City's attractions. Bran points out the fountain when they go by it.]

It's nice, isn't it?

[At first Hodor is nonplussed by the ride's movement and looks around, alarmed.]

...Hodor?

[But after a few moments he calms down. He smiles again when Bran points out the fountain.]

Hodor. Hodor hodor!

That's where most people show up when they come here. Not me, though-- I was here. The carousel, I mean. Sansa, too.

[Hodor perks up slightly at Bran's mention of Sansa. He looks down at Bran.]

Hodor?

She showed up a little while after I did.

She doesn't like it as well as I do.

[Hodor frowns]

Hodor...

She's glad not to be in King's Landing, too, though.

[The ride slows to a halt and Bran leans back a little.]

Maybe she'd like it better if she did more fun things like this.

[Hodor smiles in agreement.]

Hodor!

[When the ride stops, he lifts Bran off of the wooden horse and carries him back to his wheelchair.]

Hodor.

[At this, Hodor suddenly picks Bran up again in a heartfelt hug, being careful not to crush the small boy].
