It's possible back home. Certain people are able to see through solid objects and see every angle, even things behind him. I'm sure someone has an ability similar to this, or has created a machine for this purpose. So don't give up hope, all right?
It's molding one's chakra into various types of attacks or purposes. For example, a doujutsu, or a type of ninjutsu, can allow you to use special techniques inherited and centered around the eyes. Ninjutsu can do many things from breathing fire to increasing the limbs on your body or things like that.
