branstark[The video feed opens on a young boy sitting with his back to the carousel, staring curiously down at the device. His bright eyes blink, and he reaches up a hand to brush at the fringe of his auburn hair, grown long and a bit unruly. Strong, dark brows furrow, and his freckled nose wrinkles. He shakes his head and sets the device aside, offering a view of his outstretched legs.]
Meera? [A pause.] Jojen?
[He sighs.]
Summer? Summer, to me.
[Snuffling is heard, and the sound of paws scrabbling on pavement. And then a paw falls on the device, and the recording clicks off.]
[ooc: So uh, this child who looks like he can't be more than ten kind of can't, uhmm, walk. So someone might want to help him out.]

You're in a place called The City. I'm afraid nobody really knows why, but... it's essentially another reality. It pulls people in from their homes and keeps them here.

If you're still near the Carousel, do you see the Welcome Center? That should be right near you, and the Youth Center's just a couple of blocks from there...
